Maria Oliva is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources who has over fifteen years of executive level human resource experience in the seniors housing industry, including leadership positions within the Senior Lifestyle and Horizon Bay corporations. Her broad knowledge and experience in human resources and keen understanding of the industry has allowed her to effectively implement and support initiatives, including strategic planning, acquisitions management, organizational development, planning and staffing and culture development, that have contributed to the growth and success of the organizations she has served.
