Sandra Davidson has over 25 years of experience in real estate operations, finance, marketing and management, including 12 years of experience in independent and assisted senior housing. Prior to joining Pathway in 2007, Sandra was a Portfolio Management Executive with The Chicago Housing Authority and served as Vice President of Operations at Senior Lifestyle Corporation. Sandra is a certified Residential-Elderly Administrator in the State of California, has a C3P Tax Credit Certification, Public Housing Property Management Certification, RIM and UPCS Certifications.
