Country Club Hills Assisted Living

Victory Centre® of Sierra Ridge is a 120 apartment supportive living community for adults 65 and older and a 73 apartment independent senior living community for adults 62 and older, located at 4150 and 4152 West Gatling Boulevard in Country Club Hills, Illinois.

Our residents take an active role in their day to day lives from planning and executing our Sharing and Caring service projects to leading wellness programs such as art classes, crafts, reminiscing groups, church services and music appreciation to helping develop the menus. At Victory Centre of Sierra Ridge we encourage our residents to live well, age well and be well.

Residents at our supportive living community enjoy the beautiful grounds and courtyard as well as the lovely interior spaces including a community dining room, a living room with fireplace, community craft room, wellness center and private dining room. The lovely community garden where residents plant herbs and vegetables is a favorite among both residents and visitors. Residents enjoy studio and deluxe studio apartments.

Our supportive living and senior apartment community is conveniently located off of I-57 and I-80 adjacent to the Country Club Plaza Shopping Center.
