Signature Programs
Whether firing up the kiln for ceramics or a motorcycle for riding, Victory Centre of Sierra Ridge residents keep their passions burning brightly. What's more, residents cherish the relationships and personal connections they make here. Many enjoy the camaraderie of great neighbors, which is especially true for two residents who fell in love and got married at the community. They once lived across the hall from each other and now share a home at Victory Centre where they are living happily ever after!

An Abundance of Personality
Cozy up to the living room fireplace and be warmed by the friendly and talented folks who live at Victory Centre.
More than a dozen veterans who have made significant contributions to the United States through their service and dedication call Victory Centre home. On occasion, these living historians will humbly share and inspire others with their memorable stories.
Thanks in part to our veterans, Victory Centre residents enjoy their freedom to pursue happiness! A former art teacher, Marge, motivates others to let loose and be creative when she leads ArtPath painting and drawing programs. On baking day, Eva strolls down the hall with her apron and baking supplies. She inspires others in the Barking Club to cook up culinary fun by making muffins, sharing recipes and tips and preparing meals together. Victory Centre resident Shirley is fondly known as "The Mayor" of Sierra Ridge. She takes care of business by typing and editing the community's monthly newsletter, snapping photos and creating banners and cards for special occasions. Pastor Christopher runs weekly church services, and other residents chip in by operating the corner store and leading fireside chats, drumming circles and craft projects.
Pursuit of Happiness
From motorcycles to ceramics, Victory Centre residents interests run the gamut from extreme to extremely satisfying.
Victory Centre of Sierra Ridge's annual Motorcycle Rally brings together bikers and biker enthusiasts. Members of the Night Riders motorcycle club and other die-hard riders show off their motorcycles at an outdoor cookout with live music. Any resident with a wild side can hop in the saddle for a short ride.
Another ongoing and popular activity at Victory Centre is ceramic making. Residents transform clay into unique garden ornaments, figurines and vases. Producing ceramics is easy and fun to do in the spacious community craft room and convenient using the community's kiln to fire pieces. Around the holidays, residents craft hundreds of ceramic pieces to sell at the annual Bazaar, donating the profits to the residents activity fund.
Victory Centre residents also get fired up about giving back to the community. Each Easter they fill baskets for the homeless and make lap blankets for patients at local hospitals year-round.
Keeping Active and Engaged
Victory Centre residents keep physically active with line dancing, yoga, chair chi, Wii bowling and outdoor gardening. They keep intellectually sharp with Lifelong Learning programs and VIVA!
