Oak Hill is a 94 apartment supportive living community for adults 65 and over, located at 76 E. Rollins Road in Round Lake Beach, Illinois.

Oak Hill's award-winning VIVA! program sets the tone for the personalized way we care for our residents... our individualized approach to supporting their overall well being... and the way we engage residents in sharing their talents and living a meaningful life.

At Oak Hill we encourage our residents to take an active role in their day to day lives. The community is always bustling with activity-planned and spontaneous. You will find our residents in the library working on the computers, improving balance in yoga class, running the community store, tending to the plants and vegetables in the greenhouse to planning and executing service projects to benefit local groups like the Avon Township food pantry to far away places such as the animals affected during Hurricane Sandy. There is always a meaningful way for our residents to get involved in the community and to make it their own.

Oak Hill offers studio and 1-bedroom apartments. In addition to their apartments, our residents enjoy the community amenities that are an extension of their home. The community dining room with fireplace opens up to the back patio allowing residents to invite friends and family over for dinner. The theater has movies playing daily and the game room with billiards, card tables and dart boards is always open and waiting for a game to break out. The on-site therapy room offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy for our residents who may require it. In addition, our residents enjoy our exterior amenities such as a greenhouse, walking path around a native prairie, gazebo, outdoor community garden and playground for visiting children.

Oak Hill Supportive Living Community promotes joyous, healthy living from the inside out. Built using green building materials and practices, Oak Hill became the country’s first assisted living community to earn “Gold” certification from the National Association of Home Builders.
