Family members can have peace of mind when their loved one becomes a resident at our Memory Support community. They know that our caring team members have received intensive sensitivity training as well as ongoing education to ensure the best possible experience. They have comfort knowing that each team member has been selected for their empathy and compassion, and that everyone understands and celebrates the individual as they progress along their memory loss journey.
Family members also can relax, knowing that for one monthly fee, their loved one will receive all the personal care, attention, stimulation and joy they deserve and need. No hidden fees, no surprises, no extra add-ons. The monthly fee is all-inclusive and all-encompassing.
Memory Support residents live in their own personal, spacious studio apartment that provides privacy when desired and easy support when necessary. Housekeeping and maintenance are provided. Three times a day, residents gather in the dining room to receive chef-prepared meals straight from our Neighborhood Kitchen. If they’re hungry or thirsty between mealtimes, snacks and beverages are always available.
Every day, residents enjoy Pathway to Living’s award-winning VIVA!SM Programming, which includes arts and crafts, gardening, pet therapy and more. Compassionate care is threaded throughout the day as well, with assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management and 24/7 support and security available.
Residents receive the best possible healthcare thanks to routine health and wellness programs, including weight monitoring, blood pressure checks, nurse consultations and coordination of licensed medical services. We also provide routine follow-up coordination with physicians and ancillary medical service providers such as therapy, home health and hospice.
Our beautiful, safe and secure community has been designed specifically for the needs of individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Resident and family education and support are available through our VIVA! Link application, and we diligently keep families informed on a regular basis about the health, wellness and happiness of their loved one.
