COVID-19 UPDATES

For all Pathway to Living communities, local, state and federal guidelines will be followed when a positive case arises in the community and all team members, residents and families will be formally notified.
Illinois Re-Opening Guidelines
The following guidelines will be implemented:
- Non-vaccinated team members will be tested weekly and as symptoms arise for residents and vaccinated team members
- If unvaccinated, new move-ins require a two week quarantine period upon entering the community
- Large outdoor events will require masks, regardless of vaccination status
- Our dining rooms will be reopened at maximum capacity with appropriate social distancing
- Group programming with masks and social distancing
- Bus trips will resume with masks and social distancing
- Salons are reopened with scheduled appointments. Masks are required.
- Exercise rooms are open with masks and social distancing
- Family visits will continue. Outdoor visits are preferred. Ask your community about specific guidelines.
- Residents may leave the community with family members. Please reschedule visits if showing any signs or symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has signs or symptoms of COVID-19. No isolation is required for day trips.
- For overnight visits, fully vaccinated residents will not be required to isolate upon return
- Wipe downs of all common areas will continue daily
- Restrictions may change if there is a positive case in the community. A letter will be sent out to all residents, team members and primary family contacts. A notice will also be posted to community's front door.
