The lifestyle at our community supports residents in the next phase of life. People are choosing Alexian Village of Elk Grove as home because they need someone to guide them down their path, not stand in the way. Life enrichment is our priority. Through Pathway to Living’s award-winning VIVA! philosophy, residents are growing – physically, mentally and spiritually.
Support to Live Well
Our supportive living community is conveniently located off of Biesterfield Road adjacent to the renowned Alexian Brothers Medical Center and next to the Alexian Brothers Hospice.
You’ll engage in our extensive itinerary of signature programming. The World Tour allows us to learn new languages and study different cultures. ArtPath has residents applying the techniques and methods of Van Gogh and Jackson Pollock to weekly art courses. See Spot Retire breeds responsibility for our residents as they adopt a rescue dog to live in the community. Join our resident, Sam, instructing Yoga every morning. And our Good Vibrations drumming circle inspires mental, spiritual and physical health.
While we understand that the need for 24-hour support may have brought our residents to our doors, we also respect that their desire to live full, engaging and active lifestyles remains strong and unchanged.

Testimonials
My mom's care is exceptional. Alexian Village is the perfect size to know every resident by name. The care is individualized and terrific food options at every meal. If there are special dietary needs I’ve seen them carefully met. It’s God's grace that led us here for my 99-year-old mom.
