Through cleaning and disinfecting processes, Pathway to Living strives to provide a clean community for residents, team members and visitors by implementing the following:
- All Pathway communities require common areas and high-touch surfaces to receive diligent cleaning and disinfecting daily. A required monthly electrostatic spray helps provide every community with regular, in-depth sanitization.
- Team members are required to practice frequent and meticulous hand washing.
- Pathway to Living requires increased air filtration throughout the community.

Adhering to infection control guidelines intends to give Pathway people protection and confidence in our care.
In order to keep residents, team members and visitors safe, we require the following:
- Upon entering the community, Pathway team members and all visitors are required to undergo a health screening and temperature check.
- Face masks that cover the nose and mouth should be worn by residents, visitors and team members
- Team members and residents are required to undergo ongoing COVID-19 testing to provide Pathway the necessary insight to operate healthy and safe communities.
