Maintenance Manager (Vernon Hills Location)

Handle the overall maintenance of the community by following the preventative maintenance plan, insuring all units are in full working condition, troubleshooting problems and emergencies as they arise, and maintaining community in a clean and pleasant condition. Possess knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the areas of electrical maintenance, plumbing, heating & air conditioning, carpentry, and mechanical repairs. Basic computer skills and ability to read and manage a budget. Previous experience in building maintenance required.
