Your Benefits
You are eligible for benefits if you are a regular full-time employee working at least 32 hours per week. Contact our Human Resources department for more information.
Medical & Prescription Drugs
The cost of quality health coverage has increased significantly over the past few years. At the same time, we need health care that protects our physical health as much as health care that protects our financial well-being. That is why Pathway believes it is important to invest in quality plans that are cost effective, easy to use and valuable to you. We provide the following options for medical and prescription drug coverage:

- Humana High Deductible Health Plan POS
- Humana PPO
Dental
Taking care of your teeth is as important as taking care of the rest of your body. That’s why Pathway offers dental insurance that covers routine check-ups and additional services needed for your health. We provide the following options for your dental coverage:
- Delta Dental HMO
- Delta Dental In-Network PPO
- Delta Dental Out-of-Network PPO
Vision
Eye care not only helps you see better, but routine check-ups can detect early signs of many different illnesses inclusing diabetes. Pathway offers vision benefits through Vision Service Provider (VSP). Benefits include routine vision exams, lenses, frames and contact lenses.
Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Pathway provides life insurance through Humana to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee. Each full-time employee receives up to $15,000 group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
Voluntary Life
Pathway employees who want to supplement their group life insurance benefits may purchase additional coverage for themselves and/or their dependents through Humana. The cost of this benefit is deducted directly from employees’ paychecks.
Disability Income
Pathway offers full-time employees short- and long-term disability income benefits in the event of a disability from a non-work-related injury or sickness.
Flexible Spending Account
Pathway offers employees the opportunity to pay for out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Employees who participate in the FSA can save approximately 25% of each dollar spent on these expenses.
