This five-story 94 apartment community, located at 76 E. Rollins Road in Round Lake Beach, will offer adults 65 and older deluxe accomodations in private studio and one-bedroom apartments. Residents will have access to beautifully appointed gathering spaces including a community dining room and fitness center, as well as exterior amenities such as a greenhouse, extensive walking paths, gazebo, community garden and playground for the grandchildren.

Residents will enjoy a variety of supportive services to enhance their lives including three chef- prepared meals per day, weekly housekeeping, a comprehensive wellness program; including medication management and physician coordination and just the right amount of personal assistance that is desired through our award winning VIVA! program.
