The intent of this letter is to give a progress report of my condition since living at Victory Centre of River Oaks and to compliment nursing department and other parties responsible.

Upon my arrival:

1. I had severe case of CHF now improved by 95%
2. Swollen Ankles now improved by 90%
3. Wheelchair bound 95% now wheelchair bound 5%
4. Broken dentures, unregulated heart rhythm and in need of knee replacement; now new dentures, new pace maker, two new knees [and a] new attitude
5. On my arrival the level of [my] response and enthusiasm was very poor, approximately 40%, now the level is about 75%

This is my personal report and Victory Centre was responsible for guidance and services rendered towards my complete recovery. This letter is an FYI to give staff thanks for their overall care.
