I am writing about my father, Vince who is a resident at Victory Centre of Bartlett. Victory Centre is an absolutely wonderful place and has not only changed my dad’s life but ours as well (my sister and brother).

Vince came in one year ago—this was after living on his own for almost 10 years—he took care of mom till she dies and Vince became very anti-social and a bit negative…

We do not worry any more—in less than a year her is a changed man. The last time I remember him this happy was when I was about 6 (I am now 52)!!!.

Dave, Starr – thank you especially for creating a place of dignity for older people. My dad loves it. He is busy, social, and as my son says ‘jolly and happy.’ This makes us happy.

The staff I believe is key—they are truly wonderful—the CNAs, kitchen staff, medical, maintenance everyone—they are to be commended.

My uncle is at another facility … it doesn’t hold a candle to Victory Centre of Bartlett.
