Tailored services are provided with compassion by our well-trained staff.

Your private 1 or 2 bedroom apartment is thoughtfully designed with important safety features, such as a step-in shower. Just outside your door are comfortably appointed community spaces for you to enjoy.

Private, unfurnished one-or two-bedroom apartments
Three delicious, nutritionally-balanced meals each day
Award winning VIVA! Program that focuses on residents’ abilities, interests and involvement
Evidenced-based wellness programs to improve and preserve health
Disease prevention counseling and education on self-care
Resident and family education and support through VIVA!Link
Weekly housekeeping
Daily tidying, trash removal and bed-making
Laundry and linen service; washer and dryer in each apartment
Scheduled transportation to outings
Monitoring of resident call system
All utilities except phone and internet
Basic cable
Routine maintenance

Age Well offers help as needed with:

Medication management and review of possible drug interactions by a pharmacist
Routine health and wellness services including weight monitoring, blood pressure checks, nursing consultation and coordination of licensed medical services
Routine follow-up and coordination with personal physicians and ancillary medical services such as therapy, home health and hospice
Support with daily or occasional care needs such as bathing, dressing and grooming
